I have had multiple tests due to many symptoms from CT of brain to MRI of neck. Doctor has explained to me results of all these they were all normal, except the MRI which she ordered and instead of explaining things to me she had her nurse explain things. And I will have to see a neurosurgeon soon. She didn't explain she just read the results and said osteoarthritis. I went to hospital to get a copy of results. This is what I received if you can help me awesome.
"There is reversal of the normal cervical lordosis at the c5-c6 level. Intervertebral disk space narrowing and disk desiccation is noted. Signal intensity within bone marrow is homogeneous."
Then C1-c2, The central canal and neural foramina are patent, C2-3, 3-4, 4-5 all normal.
C5-C6 disk osteophyte protrusion eccentric to the left indents the ventral surface of the thecal sac.
Mild central canal stenosis. Left neural foramen is mildly narrowed; the right is patent. Central and left parasagittal disk osteophyte protrusion, Left foraminal stenosis.
Symptoms I was/am having I thought were headaches and pressure in back of neck and head, weakness, numbness and tingling from the right shoulder down forearm into hand, pinky, ring finger and it goes to middle finger. Unsteady on feet at times, very weak reflexes in arm and hand, trapezius muscle also hurts and is tense
from using those muscles when arm was weak. I work as a CNA in a nursing home all work will let me do now is do activities and get snacks for residents. I am 37 years old, broke tail bone a few years ago. When pregnant had SPD; Symphysis Pubis Dysfunction not sure if this helps at all. Thank you very much for your help.
