Possible Neurological issue? Memory and name recall...

I’m wondering if I have some kind of neurological issue…afraid to go and see a doctor about it, but wanted a consensus…maybe its normal?

What's old: Since I was very young, I’ve had difficulty with remembering names. I would remember faces with ease, but would have issues recalling their actual names.

I’ve also always had major difficulty with left and right directions…but not the direction itself. I naturally have incredible sense of direction (usually nicknamed Google Maps by my friends). However, occasionally use the opposite word. Example: I will point left, but actually say right. I won’t notice I said that unless I see confusion, or if I pay attention to what I say.

What's relatively new: Over the past year or so, I am having difficulty recalling words. Usually names of specific things (nouns), which I never really had much difficulty with.

I also get slight double vision when reading too small of text (or at a computer monitor). Don’t know if related, but wanted to point that out jic. Goes away when focusing and squinting.

For all I know, this is a minor defect many people have, but wanted the consensus here. Does any of this sound even halfway ok?

One note: Since I was very young, I’ve had difficulty with language. Was raised by my Parents by night, Grandparents by day, which my Grandparents spoke Spanish. I would know both...to the point that I would confuse them mid sentence. Had to go through an ESL program at 2nd grade to unlearn most Spanish words I knew (I have no memory of Spanish now, even if people spoke in front of me). Might have something to do with it, so just wanted to throw that in as well...
