counterfeit medicine?

Hi, I'm a 27 year old girl.
A year ago I took Citalopram hexal,Xanax, and Nortriptyline for my depression and long term and crippling left sided headaches which wouldn't go away even with the strongest pain killers.About four days after taking the pills,I experienced a terrible shock.Suddenly my whole body went ice-cold(especially the top of my head),together with strong heart beats and vision impairment. It was like I was dying. Since then my headaches disappeared.Instead something happened to my frontal lobe as if it doesn't function and my depression got worse, and I feel I'm losing touch with reality and myself and I started feeling suicidal.About my frontal lobe, the symptoms are so strange and agonizing that I may lack words to explain them accurately. There is a kind of tension, pressure (as if my brain is inflamed and about to implode),zapping, jamming, feeling poisoned(all without pain),vision weakness, and feeling like falling unconscious a few times. Can it be fake medicine?please help me. I've tried everything from music therapy to all kinds of antidepressants . none even worse, though they always helped my depression in the past. All doctors agree that it's a psychological and psychosomatic condition, but I blame the pills for my condition, cause I had never experienced such a thing in the past, not untill taking those pills. But doctors disagree. Please help me.
Thank you.

Hi,                                                                                                             I started filling out the adverse reaction form, but I have another question if you don't mind. Lot number and NDC or Unique ID are required.
One of the products has got Lot number, but no NDC or Unique ID.
The other product has got no Lot number, NDC or Unique ID. It has only got batch number.
Do you know where I can find these numbers?
Thanks.

Thank you so much for taking the time to answer my question. I've had MRI twice and also EMG and TCD test, but no MRA I guess. The results were normal except for a microadenoma (which I've had for 3 years with no sign of growth). I also have high prolactin. I've been taking clonazepam for a year now, but it helps very little.
Thanks again for the reply.

I see you are from Iran. Outside the United States fraudulently labeled medications, especially from China, seem to be the norm. You are really not sure what you are taking.

In any event go to the F.D.A. website and fill out an adverse reaction form, providing lot numbers from the medications.

Your assumption that it may have been the meds is a reasonable one.

You need an MRI and an MRA.
