Body Tremors, vibration, spasms and pain after surgery

Hi everyone, in May 2017 I had a bilateral nephrectomy, then developed twitching in toes, fingers. Then hands and feet. Went to get checked for this but was told not to worry go home. Hair started falling in the hundreds every day, burning sensations in feet and hands. Then my core, chest and neck started to twitch/tremors upon movements, and it felt horrible and painful at times. Did emg, eeg and that muscle test but told not to worry again . In late August 2017 I had my transplant from a close donor, and woke up even worse neurologically. Eye floaters, flashing lights to this point too, eye pain outside and inside the eye ball. Twitching is worse and I have also recently developed a vibration feeling throughout my whole body. I have no family history of any kind regarding neurological issues. They’ve done CT’s , MRIs of Head and spine and all normal. My knee joints and elbows hurt pretty bad too that I can barely walk or use my muscles. Even the neurologist sends me home when I tell him I’m not ok. Lost my job yesterday too because I cannot work. One thing that I can’t get off my head is about my first surgery. When doctors removed the epidural about 4 days later, then put me on IV norco I think or pain meds. I lost all sense of recognition, and didn’t know anything for about 4-5 days. I didn’t know anyone that knew me and it was very scary. They did many tests on me but all showed normal. Then the (medically supervised overdose) went away slowly with Dialyses to clear extra drugs out of me and I started to remember people and things slowly. This is the only thing that’s in my mind to this point that could have happened to me or my brain or neuro function. Any advice ?
