im a 14 year old quivering little ***** (please read im clueless)

so basically, a few months back, my thumb started twitching on average, every 5 minutes until i had enough (it had been going on for almost a week) and stretched out that hoe and it felt like a very needed stretch because the twitching ended. this just stopped and nothing happened but i would get the occasional hand twitch or something and when id be on the computer and id lean my arm on the table, and then lift it up again, it would feel very weak (ffs). fast forward to today; i was helping my mum out in the garden (with the hose and held like a tripod and ****) and after that very minor activity my arm (the one that did all the dirty work) was quivering like a leg after some intense workout, and additionally felt uncomfortably weak- where i needed to lean my elbow on my hip to hold my phone still.
if there are any geniuses out there that have any idea why this is happening, or maybe be brave enough to tell me to ask my unbothered mother to take me to the doc so s/he can diagnose me with parkinsons, PLEASE DO SO !!!!!!!!!!!!!! (ignore my cursing im sorry)
