Thank you and i have watched the video. I have been doing these exercises but i will tell you it hurts to bad to do them. If i treat my shoulder carefully i usually can get by with no pain. It is in the movements that cases the pain. I feel like i am whining. When the pain happens it is truly sharp and fast taking my breath away. I have taken ibuprophine every eight hours for the last few months to help. I know am losing the use of my arm and it is frustrating. Again i thank you for the video
Shoulder problems are rough. It could be a rotator cuff problem, or it could originate in your neck. Both would be common causes of shoulder pain and dysfunction like this. At night, use pillows to support the arm. Maybe YouTubes like this will help you:
