is there a cure

I was told I had Neuralgia in the upper part of my back. I doctor I seen said there was no cure. Its seems to me like it has spread down my back. They told my is due to shingles but I never had shingles. can you help me I have been living with this pain for 4 years know. My skin is nob in my back and when it flames up it really hurts.

Hi, one has to look for the cause of neuralgia. Please describe your symptoms in detail, also how old are you and do you have diabetes? Neuralgia can be effectively treated with medications but cure is not possible.
