trying to understand my MRI that my Dr didnt even want me to look at was told that spinal injections are my only options and I cant have them because I am allergic to the meds they use I just what understanding what is going on in my spine and what is casuing so much pain and if any one has insight that would be great. here what is going on
T2-3: There is concentric broad based disc bulge (3mm) which in conjunction with facet hypertrophy and ligamenta flava laxity produces mild central canal narrowing; mild right neural foraminal narrowing and mild left neural foraminal narrowing.
T7-8: There is concentric broad based disc bulge (2mm) with a superimposed right posterior paracentral disc protrusion measuring 6 x 5 x 4mm. This partially effaces the right ventral subarachnoid space contacting but not flattening the right ventral aspect of the cord. The cord exhibits no abnormal signal at this level.
L3-4: There is a concentric broad based disc bulge (2mm) which in conjunction with facet hypertrophy and ligamenta flava laxity produces mild central canal narrowing; mild right neural foraminal narrowing and mild left neural foraminal narrowing.
L4-5: There is concentric broad based disc bulge (5mm) which in conjunction with facet hypertrophy and ligamenta flava laxity contributes to moderate bilateral and mild central canal narrowing. There is a superimposed left lateral annular fissure (10mm).
L5-S1: There is concentric broad based disc bulge (5mm) eccentric to the left which in conjunction with facet hypertrophy and ligamenta flava laxity produces mild central canal narrowing; moderate right neural foraminal narrowing and moderate-severe left neural foraminal narrowing.
