Hello, I hope you find what you are looking for!
Has Multiple Sclerosis (MS) been ruled out?
Less alarming: how are your sleep patterns, and do you have other symptoms to these affecting sensation in your arms and legs or headaches?
Things to note to yourself and drs: sleep patterns, medications, diet, how symptoms have changed in the last year or progressed.
24 is a common age for MS to start up, with symptoms like brain fog, concentration problems, sore eyes. "chronic ischemic lesion" causes me to think of MS, as the rest of the MRI scan sounds "normal". Vision and eye problems are usually one of the first notable symptoms because of inflammation of the optic nerve. It is common in this disease to have a significant vitamin D deficiency. Please go on a good dose of Vitamin D as this is always helpful when there is a deficiency. Please keep track of your symptoms and times they occur in a notebook! I myself have a neurological condition called Chiari Malformation so I often research neurological symptoms and myself have symptoms similar to MS. My close friend and uncle both have MS so I've seen their symptoms first hand.
Your situation can of course be something much less alarming, but you sound urgent in needing help and these symptoms have been going on for over a year! I wish you the best of luck and feel free to ask me any questions. I am a 23 year old college student with neuro issues- and it IS TOUGH!!

Agreed with increase in Vitamin D. Who ordered the last MRI? Have you discussed the findings with a Neurologist?
