i have loss of sensation symptoms, but these it's like it subsided, i remember back 6 months before, it was one day when i was at work, i was feeling well when suddenly, i felt muscle aches all over, it had trigger points, back 2 years before i had a headache that prolonged like for a whole month, i went to many doctors but all said it is stress, they will make a physical exam and test your pheriferal reflexes and eyes, and after they say it's tension... but this might not be related to that headache i had 2 years back, the trigger points of my pain are the knees, ankles, elbows, stiff neck, sometimes loss of sensation (paresthesia that comes and  goes) ...the pain seems less although it's there, at times i have eye pain...not actual headache.. but i spend 8 hours a day in bad posture, since i'm not a short person, i sit on a high chair, and i have to bend to be able to focus on the computer ( i do clerical job)..., during this 6 month period of pain , i don't take care of myself, i eat due to stress, sleep less, think that i have something serious, bug the doctors for scans, which they would not do because the (i saw even professional neurologist at the course) ..nerves are very healthy and in serious neurological cns or pns disorder this doesn't occur..and neurological exam was clear...should i worry ms or malignancy then? or i put my mind at rest and continue to live the everyday life...any suggestion would be appreciated

Hello.

An MRI finding is not a definitive diagnosis of MS. And a plaque can be due to other reasons. Do you have any symptoms that suggest MS ? Have other causes been explored ?

Regards

hi i have symptoms that indicate overactive immunity like ms, i am afraid like you.. and even more because i didn't have any diagnoses what would be a definitive ms or not, i will be requesting a spinal tap, i think it is more accurate than mri, i think you must tell the doctor to give you a spinal tap if he is not certain through the mri test...i will try to tell mine on saturday, he requested emg but now i have eye pain... i read on websites it is a strong diagnoses of ms.
