This is regarding shaking muscles while exercise..My son age 24, reports that while doing weights exercise, his arms/legs and other muscles in body are shaking/vibrating under some loads..the load at which the shaking starts has deteriorated as compared to last year..The problem exist for last two years..Presently, if he lifts the full water glass, his hand shakes uncontrollably. Simillar for legs, shakes uncontrollably under static load.
I am worried as the deterioration is reported..
What's this problem? Any medicine available..What are preventive precautions?
Is is deficiency of some vitamin or just a wrong exercise practice?
