I am really worried about my little boy, his 3 and seems to walk to his tip toes on the right door allot so I took him for tests and his cpk levels came back 350. The doctor said to come back after I've had an assessment from the physio and they will test for things like muscular dystropy. Now I have to wait 2 weeks and I am really worried he has that. Is there anything else it maybe? I'm going out of my mind?

Son, it is important you visit a neurologist very soon, preferably in a group practice, and find out precisely why you are having these symptoms, in case it is muscular dystrophy or some other major neurological disorder, and to begin getting important treatments for this.  Since you entitled your post as muscular dystrophy, and since I am not an expert in it as this is the patient-to-patient forum, then the best advice I can give is to see a neuro.

Now, I might point out that one thing that quickly came to mind when I read your list is, it is possible you are suffering from something as simple as dehydration and near heat stroke, and therefore you should forthwith drink at least six glasses of water per day, more on a hot day, just in case that IS what's going on, plus extra water never hurt anybody.  Another equally simple thing is vitamin or mineral deficiency, so some bloodwork from your regular physician ought to be run to see if you are short on perhaps your B vitamins or protein.  But those are just simple basic possibilities that come to mind.  There are SO many disorders and health issues your symptoms suggest you could be experiencing, and since you have some concern about MD, that going to a neurologist is really your first serious medical step.
