my arms get so heavy and sore now my legs too

Hi, first of all sorry, don't even know if i'm on the right page lol. About 3 months ago i was kept awake with my left arm which suddenly became, well prob best described as very heavy and achey, since then the sensation has "travelled" to my other arm and both legs and i get a "tingling" sensation in my fingers. The time span of the sensation can be anything from 5 to 30mins occurring about 3 -4 times a week.  The only other symptom i have is that i'm very tired, normally i'll sleep about 7 hours, last night for example i was in bed and asleep by 10 and didn't wake until 11 this morn, then fell asleep again tonight for 2 hours.   Any ideas anyone? Planning on phoning the doc in the morn but don't want to waste his time if it's nothing

Hi,

How are you?
Your symptoms can be due to fatigue, sleep deprivation, stress or fibromyalgia or nerve compression. Other possibility is peripheral neuropathy due to diabetes or B12 deficiency. It is better to get a clinical evaluation done. In the meantime you can take B complex supplements.
Take care!

Hi, this could be neuropathy, space occupying lesion in brain, vitamin B deficiency, fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism etc. Please get your blood work done along with MRI brain to find out the cause.

How old are you and do you have history of diabetes or hypertension?
