need help

          A couple of weeks ago My hand would start shaking and when walking I lose control of knees there is no pain has anyone have any idea what this may be.When holding book to read hands start shaking.
    I searched internet and have found nothing.

the tremors are now only in the knees and arms When walking  I get tired and can not control my knees for short periods and the hands will shake when holding  something.I have no tremors any place else if I get very very very tired it is hard to stand.And there is no pain.
    I also just had  part of the my lung removed one month ago.

Hello.

Have you got an MRI of the brain? These symptoms can be seen with cerebellar dysfunction. Cerebellum (hind brain) functions to balance the body. Intention tremors, like the one you have can be seen. There is no actual weakness of the muscle.

Let me know if you feel your symptoms are different.
