numb, fingers

I was completeing the last day of my physical therapy for pain in my left shoulder and neck ( work related).
I mentioned to her that when I look down, my neck hurts. she did a pressure point massage and it was very pinched. She did it 3 times.
since then my 3 fingers from my thumb to my middle, have been going numb and I have tingling. It happens ALOT throughout the day.
I have a follow up with the employee health doctor next week and I will mention this.
Is this a pinched nerve in the neck? Why did it just start happening after she did this?

yes it may and it might have happened because the pressure point massage shouldnt have been done at the site of pain....is the numbness improving day by day? no worries this should resolve in a few days to a week time but keep pressure away from that site on your neck
