thank you for the information, i am going to suggest the EMG and NCS testing to my daughter's dr. I will let you know the results.
Hello.
Lipoma (fatty tissue growth) can involve a nerve. In such cases, we can do the EMG (electromyography) and NCS (nerve conduction study) to find out which nerve is involved.

Hello DR,
Thank you for responding so quickly. No, the pain in her arm has nothing to do with the joints. She has a lump in the center of of her upper arm, but all the tests show nothing, we were told that it is fatty tissue, but fatty tissue isn't supposed to hurt.
I was wondering if maybe the nerves are involved. That seems to be the only thing we have not checked.

Hello.
Since the investigations are normal, it appears that she may not have any serious problem. I am not sure if you are talking about the joint also.
