Hi there. In pregnancy there is aortocaval compression in the 2nd trimester due to the gravid uterus which causes supine hypotension when the inferior vena cava gets compressed. Your passing out during passing motion could be due to a similar mechanism due to exertion at passing bowel movements. It could be orthostatic hypotension due to autonomic variability in pregnancy. Show yourself to a gynecologist for assessment of blood pressure and rule out any pregnancy-induced hypertension. Gestational diabetes also needs to be ruled ou.t take care.
