peripheral nerve damage after minor injury

The other day I sliced my finger pretty deep. I treated it as I thought appropriate and it seems to be healing alright, but now it is very sensitive and tingly and stingy just above the cut, and very numb just below. It is apparent to me that there has been done nerve damage. Well this heal on its own? It's there any kind of therapy or vitamin supplements that will help it heal? Maybe Vitamin B6, B12, and/or acetyl-l-carnitine?
