I would like to thank you for your responding so fast,as you can see I just finished the rest of their findings.
Now I would like point out the fact that I had Posterior Cervical Formainotomy surgery 6 weeks ago I should have had 4 holes the size of a dime minimally invasive but ended up with an insion 3 1/2 inches long. And now my left hand not tingling any more, but my left arm is nume, my vision has became blurry the back of neck fills like its on fire to the touch on both sides of incision traveling across and down left shoulder blade, having problems with urinating fills like it dosent want to come out or I have been holding for alng time (not the case),also with an erection it doesent stay erect to ejaculate and finally with my balance and dizzyness. I had none of these symptoms prior to surgery. Any insight given would be appreciated.

According to your MRI you may be suffering from cervical spondylosis which has progressed as evidenced by formation of osteophyte complex. Osteophytes are bony protrubences which can compress the spinal cord causing it to flatten. There is also narrowing of the foramina. Foramina are openings in the spine through which nerve roots come out of the spinal cord. Narrowing of the foramina can cause nerve compression resulting in symptoms like tingling numbness.
