Thank you for your reply! Actually i am not overweigt. That part of my thigh is less numb compared to yesterday and i can feel it when i scratch. :)
As you heard a light rip, you may have torn a ligament.
You can feel numbness on the outside of the thigh and that can be from pressure on nerves in the groin and that is called meralgia parasthetica.
You should see your doctor to find out what has caused your problem.
If you are overweight and this is meralgia parasthetica, the medical profession say to lose weight.
