unbalance feeling all the time

I woke up one morning last July and went balancing around the room.  When to an ENT all clear had MRI of the front and back brain nothing. Went to a neurologist and he said PERPLEXED!!!  All blood work is good.  All MRI'S ARE CLEAN.  What can it be?  I am walking into walls.  I cannot turn a corner without hitting it. My feet shuffle.

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi there.  A balance disorder may be caused by viral or bacterial infections in the ear, a head injury or blood circulation disorders that affect the inner ear or brain. Balance problems can arise due to certain medications also. Problems in visual and skeletal systems and nervous and circulatory systems can be the source of some posture and balance problems. Circulatory problems like low blood pressure can cause dizziness on standing up. arthritis and eye muscle imbalance and sometimes no cause is found for imbalance. common types of balance disorders are benign paroxysmal positional vertigo due to a specific change in the position of the head, labyrinthitis, meniere’s disease, vestibular neuronitis, perilymph fistula etc. diagnosis is made by evaluation by an otolaryngologist who will do certain tests to check this, hearing examination, blood tests, electronystagmogram or imaging studies of head and brain, posturography etc may help in arriving at a diagnosis and likewise management. Take care.
