Pain in left testicles, left groin area and lower back, left/right shoulder and left eye!!

Hi,

I am 30yr old guy and i am having pain in my left testicles (not exactly testicles , in a nerve around it). This pain goes in left leg and in left groin area. The pain (stabbing) goes to middle left and right back. i feel the pain in my surrounding area of my left eye as well. I am experiencing this pain from last 6-7 years. I consulted doctors they suggested some medicine and several blood tests, ultrasound. In blood test i got some problem related to thyroid and took thyronomr for 6-7 months and it became normal. I am not taking this medicine from last 8-9 months and level of thyroid is normal now. Ultrasound of testicles were also normal, full abdoman altrasound was also normal.

From last couple of weeks, i am experiencing mild pain in my  left/right shoulder and in my back of the neck. Becuase of this pain i am also experiencing pain in lmy eft hand. I would like to point out that, i do exercise 3 times a week. I found that my nerve in my left hand got swell and pains due to dumbell related exercise. I stopped it but i dont know whether this caused the problem in my shoulder and neck or what.


My appetite is good, but some some gas problem i dont know why.  i dont take alcohal, cigarrete and any thing like that. I am a pure vegetarian and my intake of oil is very less.


Now, the moral of the story is, all my pain persists. I dont know what to do.

Have they done an ultrasound of your kidneys?  The pain (except the eye pain) is all consistent with possible stones in the left kidney.

Thanks for your response.

They did and found kidneys normal. One thing i want to tell that the nerve around the left testicle is a bit thick and when i press it gently the pain goes in the directions (left lower/middle back, groin, left leg and so on). One more thing i have noticed that, the problem is sbdued in nature in summers and quite irritatating in winter but not unbearable.

I feel little drowsy when this pain occurs and gas is formed and indigestion problem for quite a some time. The problem automatically reduces in 2-3 days and again comes back. And the cycle continues.

I am also sexually quite active.

Please suggest.
