How old are you? Since when are you experiencing these symptoms?
The symptoms that you have described could be a result of extreme stress, anxiety or depression, heavy usage of alcohol, lack of sleep, stroke, brain trauma, and alzheimer’s disease.
I would suggest you to relax, sleep for atleast 8 hrs in the night, regular physical exercise, brain exercises like learning a new language, a musical instrument, solving puzzles etc can help improve memory.

Thanks for your timely help. I am 30 years old,Female.I am not stressed at the moment.Back from holidays and fully motivated to for this job.But i couldnot.I am sleeping minimum's 7 hrs peacefully.I am stress because of my job now.I do few runs in the week.
I will go thru the site and do sme puzzle.Not many doctors in Australia treating this..

If not a neurologist you can also consult an experienced physician. A complete neurological examination is necessary.
Meanwhile do not take stress and do some mental exercises and hopefully you will be fine. Take care!
