Leg pain and hand numbness

MRI shows Sciatica root nerve still abutting left S1 foriminal op[ening. Dengerative disc disease with all thoracic & disc bulges, severe numbness in left hand, CT showed bilateral narrowing C3-4, also had surgery on L3-4, L4-5, and S1. What's causing the numbness to my hands?  I also have alot pain and horrific full leg spasams into left foot.

The neck calcifications are the cause of your hand numbness, but for now you should focus on a treatment for your sciatic pain.. do a surgery for the degenerated disc, first you  will prevent a permanent lower limb WEAKNESS and you can improve your quality of life, keep your back muscle strong and thats how you prevent a subsequent Listhesis (a type of vertebral joint dislocation)

Listhesis is a sliding dislocation of one vertebra over its neighbour one and that is facilitated by the degeneration of the disc.

Since the L5 disc was so calicifed at time of surgery. And its still widely protruding the surgeon didn't do much.  Whart is Listhesis?
