Possible Reinjured after surgery

I had L4-5 lumbar laminectomy in September. This is my second surgery and I am still under the care of my neurosurgeon because I am still having pain. He said give it a year and it may be better. Two weeks ago, I fell out of my computer chair and landed on my buttocks. Now I am having stabbbing pain behind my left thigh. I cough and it hurts back of my thigh. It hurts when I raise my left leg and I feel numbness on top of my left foot. Do you hink I could possibly reruptured? The pain is constant and never goes away. I am on anti-inflammitory meds, as well as neurotin and flexeril and pain meds. I haven't found any relief.
