Dear Aseef, your lovely grandma may regain her almost-full state and recover, nobody can assume that her age is a factor of NOT coming back BUT it is true that teh age [more than 80] could play a principal role in the process of recovery.
I think that the upcoming period of one week will not be easy for her but it will become decisive, I mean or she will totally recover in these days or she become a chronic patient with all the complication of stroke.
It would be really helpfull whenever you could upload an image of her hemorrhagic stroke so I can better tell you about the next steps which may include an evacuation surgery.
Anyways incist on a second imaginary study of the brain.
waiting for your news
