need to know negatives & positives of open surgical clipping vs.endovascular treatments. also know pt. recently under went lt ica bypass which was unsuccessful due to artery was thrombosed. (in they found the anuerysm)
cold surgery procedure means clipping dear, it is the same but i mean by cold as NOT URGENT
open surgical clipping is always better prognosis than endoscopic clipping especially the morbidity rate which is lower, open clipping is more secure and Aneurysmal clipping is too much risky to do it endoscoppically.
