cerebellar hypoplasia

My daughter is 3 1/2 years old, she is hypotonic since birth, she was lately diagnosed with partial cerebellar vermis hypoplasia and  dandy walker variant (I'm not sure if they are the same thing), what kind of treatment she can get?, names of international treatment centers regarding this brain problem? what her future would look like?

Thanks

Thank you very much for the answer, but could you please clarify further what you mean by tonicity? does she have a chance to walk?

3 1/2... Some late but treat the Dandy-walker as soon as possible.
Chances exist but not very high to give her full tonicity.
I cant name any center, all neurosurgeons should be skilled in such treatment
