could this be realted to a neurological problem?

I am a 34 yr healthy mother of 2 children. I have had some pain for the last two years that seem to get worst. Last year upon many tests, specialist diagnosed me with Fibromyalgia. My family doc doesn't believe in such a disease, I agree with her. It all started with a severe headache (I never had any sort of headache in the past- NEVER). It lasted two weeks, went to walk in clinic then hospital emerg then my family doc, it wasn't migraine so what triggered the headache? That headache is still lingering on, it comes and goes. I had MRI and CT scan done and everything is normal. Then slowly after the headache attack came tingling, pins and needle mostly on both legs and arms, slowly started feeling it all over but not at the sametime. It happens everyday, more than a few times. Now I feel pain in the upper abdomen on the rib cage on both sides, also sometimes pain radiates to the back of both sides, pressure pain with cramps and major discomfort on the lower abdomen and pelvic area. Hosp emerg thought it might be appendix but CT scan showed all normal organs. I do have fatty liver for 2 yrs now and even though I have lost weight and eating less fatty food, the fatty liver is the same. I asked my doc to run a liver function test. I also have cysts in my ovaries. On the CT scan, it showed that one was large and it might be putting pressure on the pelvic. I just want some answers....I don't get any support from my hubby b/c he thinks I make up my pain and nothing is wrong with me. I also notice major hair loss, lack of sex drive, lack of energy, get tired after performing one task and its not like me. I believe its either ovarian cancer or something seriously wrong with my liver or kidney since the pain is in both sides. Since it started with the severe head ache and still starts with head pain first, could it be a neurological problem. Is it possible for MRI test to miss something, it was done last yr. PLEASE HELP!!!

I never thought of depression. What are these drugs, are they anti-depressants that will later on cause me more pain and addiction. Don't get me wrong but I disagree. I feel that when doctors don't have any idea about what could be the cause, they call it depression and fibromyalgia. These are back-up reasons for the unknown pain. I know my pain is real and that something is causing this pain. Ovarian cancer runs in my family thats why Iam so concern abt that and fatty liver may be the cause. We still didn't get the results from the liver function test....I am muslim and don't drink at all, diet is always good and so why do I hate fatty liver? I am not obese or extremely overweight...at the most 10lbs over which is average but overweight. I appreciate your advice but may sound a little closed minded bacause its been 2 yrs and if it was depression, my docs would have loved to jump on that one and close the file. I don't understand the on and off headache that paralizes me for days and I admit it makes me very moody and i like to be alone and just lay down. I don't know you maybe right? How or what tests are done to determine depression is the cause to my 2 yr dragging pain?

Fatty liver is frequently diagnosed and no need to take special measures for it. Same for the cyst of the ovaries (very frequent)hair loss, lack of sex drive, lack of energy.

Fatiguability...I believe its N-either ovarian cancer N-or something seriously wrong with liver or kidney, this is without any shame called Depression!!!!  and thats depression... a lack in the serotonine quantity inside the brain.. a Serotonin and Noradrenaline enhancer like Duloxetine will be excellent for some years treatment.
