Yes, I got better. Relationships are not easy for us depressed anxious people trust me. when I feel good, everything looks great, when not, just like I asked in the post. Now I am much better and love her very much, redefining myself, life. I cant imagine life without her You will get better but start from the roots, heal your ocd, anxiety, depression, get rid of the demon..then you will be so clear and able to feel, and make decisions. Ar you taking any meds?
Oh man , I know exactly what your feeling ! I've had relationship OCD for about 2 and a half months now . . I went from not understanding why it changed over night to being extremely depressed at the fact that I couldn't find my feelings , to being okay , & knowing for sure I loved him , with the thoughts still there , through depression again , & finally to feeling basically numb. I want to love him I want to be with him , I want my feelings more than anything, but that's where the problem is , there really isn't anything wrong with the relationship , he's amazing . . I think I did this to myself ! Have you gotten any better , or found an answer ? It would definitely help me ! I'm so sorry you had to go through this :(
It sounds like you beat yourself up, I’m pretty good at that too. Could it be you’re unhappy with yourself somehow and it causes you to act out in some way or other without even knowing your doing it? Then comes trying to figure it out. You over think things which just sends you into a tail spin because now you’ve simply removed yourself even further from where you need to be.
You have to figure out what makes you really happy and what are your triggers that send you the other way. Not easy I know but I would say most people feel this way at some point in time. I didn’t mean to imply there were problems just that it usually ends up being a problem one way or another. Hang in there.

Hope everything's ok.... I just wanted to say everyone has problems in relationships. I think sometimes we forget that its a lot of work and that's usually where strong bonds come from, by doing your best to hold it together "for" the other person. Don't let your mind tell you differently. I heard something that stuck with me, when you have a problem and you cant decide what to do, ask yourself ..... "What would Love do."
I know it may sound kind of cheesy but it always works to diffuse whatever the situation is. Give it a try.

Somethings you just know and OCD cant get to them....Thank God.
