Ocd thoughts making me feel crazy!
OK well I have ocd and intrusive thoughts and I will get a thought like "I have something on my brain" and it will make me have a crawling out of my skin feeling! I start to have a panic/ anxiety attack!
What is this???

I understand. Sometimes nobody answers but me but hopefully someone else will chime in.
I'm very sorry, I didn't mean to bother you its just I want as many answer's as I can get.
