Hello, I am very happy to be one of medhelp members.
MY QUESTION
I am a teacher the story began 7 months ago when one of my students ask me a difficult question I could not answer the question I embarrassed and my heart beats very hard I left the class. From that time I cant explain a lesson for 10 minutes I have difficulty standing I got shaking and sweating my heart beats very fast. When I got out of the class I do not have any problems I become a normal person .also in meetings in the school also I face a problem talking or discussing anything . I will appreciate if you help me.

hey, it sounds to me you have stage fright and worry about it to much. believe me I am the same.

try joining up witht the local theator and practice acting, or try taking some acting lessons or speach lessons. it will help!
