PLEASE HELP ME! I REALLY NEED YOUR HELP RIGHT NOW

I JUST KNOW THAT I HAVE OCD.I have repetitive word in my head,its like i talking with myself in my head,but the word in my head is blasphemy and in the end is asking forgiveness,so first is blasphemy and after that asking forgiveness,and its happen again and again.BUT A FEW MONTH AGO WHEN I DIDNT KNOW THAT I HAVE OCD,I repeat my thoughts purposefully,i repeat purposefully everytime i Hiccup because i think if i repeat it my Hiccup is gone(sometimes its really gone sometimes not).MY QUESTION IS:It is part of my OCD so i repeat my thoughts purposefully when i hiccup?or it is my own action?but now i know that i have OCD so i never repeat it purposefully again PLEASE JUST ANSWER,Part of my OCD or Not that makes me repeat my thoughts when i hiccup?
