I don't stand anyone who seems risky (in my mind) and what steps should I take to overcome these devastating thoughts because I can't concentrate on my studies,sports.I don't give enough time to my social relationships just because I always think that I might get infected with some dreadful disease.
I live in Lahore pakistan and i have not reached a psycologist yet but i'm planning on doing so.These intrusive thoughts are getting the best of me.
