overwhelmed with ocd

i will discuss my situation and please excuse my english.
I am having severe HIV OCD and i can't thought,sleep and do normal things.I am having OCD for many years BUT NOW IT IS GETTING WAY OUT OF CONTROL.I have a motorcycle and i do ride with my friends here and there but doing all that is an extremely difficult situation for me because my irrational thoughts make me believe that while sitting on a bike my friend would penetrate me in my anus and i would be infected with HIV.For instance yesterday I was with an unknown person on bike he was sitting at back SEAT and i was constantly feeling horrified because he was a labourer and I was thinking that he penetrated me somehow and I would be infected.ALTHOUGH HE NEVER LAID A HAND ON ME.I can't hug anyone with acne or pimples because I think that the pimple would pop out and the blood would go in my eye which would infect me.I had 10 HIV duo tests WITHIN 289 DAYS.I can't eat with my family.

I don't stand anyone who seems risky (in my mind) and what steps should I take to overcome these devastating thoughts because I can't concentrate on my studies,sports.I don't give enough time to my social relationships just because I always think that I might get infected with some dreadful disease.
I live in Lahore pakistan and i have not reached a psycologist yet but i'm planning on doing so.These intrusive thoughts are getting the best of me.
