Continued wrist pain

I had asked about a wrist injury I sustained a while ago.  I fell and landed on my right wrist a month ago and had a lot of pain and swelling very mild bruising.  I was having pain on the ulnar side of this wrist prior to this fall and had some cortisone injections.  The swelling is not as significant as it was but still comes and goes.  Saw the hand specialist who gave me the cortisone inj originally and had x-rays no fracture, incidental finding of having ulnar positive variance.  I was given a wrist brace and dont go back until the end of Feb.   I am still having a lot of pain and limited range of motion.  I also cant lift anything the least bit heavy with my palm up.  You had mentioned such things as a TFCC tear or a disruption in the radial-ulnar joint.  I was just wondering if these symptoms suggest some of these things and what would be the next step in diagnosing what is going on when I go back to the Hand surgeon.  Also what options are available if these things exist?

Thank you for any input that you may have and also thank you for your time!!

Both problems are still high on my list, especially with a ulna positive wrist.  Furhter diagnostic testing, beyond a thorough examination, include pronation supination xrays, a CAT scan, an arthrogram, and an MRI.
