differently sized ovaries

hi,

i am 23 years old. my doctor sent me of for an ultrasound after discussion with her about post coital bleeds.
i had an ultrasound as well as a transvaginal ultrasound. the ultrasound showed my right ovary near my uterus but my left alot higher up. also found that my right ovary was 4cc and the left 6cc. 3 years ago my ovaries were both 4cc and around the same facinity. what does this mean exactly as they didnt mention anything about cancer or cysts. im really confused and getting no answers.

ovaries are dynamic and as you ovulate from month to month , the size will change

would it be possible that the ovary you most recently ovulated from, would be bigger for that month.
