Can someone please answer this and help me

I'm 23 was in car accident had some trama to my pelvis in May. ct showed small cysts on each ovary with mod free pelvic fluid with some high density. Then a Ct scan showed a 4cm cyst on my right ovary in July. Later had a U/S which showed the cyst to be complex, both ovaries and midline are surrounded by complex septated fluid collections ,and a cystic pelvic mass could not be ruled out. I have been having menses type cramps lower back & leg pain, urinating alot nausea almost daily. What details will the mri be able to show as in cancer or not.   Thank you

Hi there,

If you have a persistent ovarian cyst, you should ask your doctor about a surgical procedure called laparoscopy to look at and remove the cyst.
best wishes

The only way to confirm cancer is by biopsy.
