Didn't pay to much attention because he bring great reports from school but, should I be  concern because of his clumsyness and his animal behavior?

Hi Bree

Check under the heading Dyspraxia .my son had the same symtoms and it was only when he went to school that his falling over constantly was more highlighted and he was diagnosed  by an Occuptitonal Therapist

No...that is very normal for his age.  I have a 7 year old son and many nephews.  Boys like to clown around at his age.  However, if you think his clumsiness is because he has a physical problem and is not falling on purpose, then of course you should mention it to his doctor.  If his animal noises start interrupting every day life, he may have a tic disorder.  Many kids get them and grow out of them.  Unless this behavior is very disruptive, I don't think you have anything to worry about.
