My 7 years old boy behave badly about sexual feelings. One day I found him in bed room removing his trouser and pant with my sister's doughter who is just 3 was trying to hug her .what shall I do he likes kissing and huging

This is considered normal feelings however you could have a talk with him explain that he can hug his cousin but not with his pants down, he should keep them up, keep it low key, perhaps have extra supervision when he has a child to play or family visit.
