any of you ladies feel the same?

My baby girl is the first grandbaby/great grandbaby on my fiances side so of course everyone wants to hold her, touch her, kiss her etc and it irks me. We had a cookout the other week and my fiances sisters (they're 15) wanted to take her out of her carseat. She had literally been awake 7 hrs and fell asleep on the ride there. I told them they could take her out just don't wake her. We were alone at that point so all of a sudden everyone and their mother comes in and has to hold her. Even the grandmother had to call the cousins in to hold which I was uncomfy having the 13 year old do. And she's like "oh he's fine he has younger siblings" like really?  You're gunna tell me what's fine to do with my baby? Well after being passed around about 10 times she gets back to my mother in law who is kissing her and telling her to wake up.... so what does she do? Wakes up and starts screaming and everyone leaves the room. I breastfeed and i was uncomfy doing it there let alone we were getting ready to leave so I was forced to make a bottle and sit in the backseat while going home because they wanted her awake after I specifically said not to. And his mom comes to say bye and tells me sorry. Really? -.-

Tl;dr don't wake a baby when I say not to. i dont like when people kiss and touch my baby. Just leave the baby alone. You can look but you cant touch. >_<

I'd be annoyed that they woke her since you asked them not to. As far as everyone holding her that wouldn't of bothered me as long as nobody seemed sick. Try to think of it this way. How lucky is she to have all these family members that love her and are excited to see her. I'd rather have that then a family full of people that don't care that my child exists. Strangers at a store would bug me and I do think is inappropriate.

oh yeah i dont go very far from her even when my boyfriend is with me. in line i stand by her and he puts all the stuff up at the check out. why anyone would just go up to a newborn thats not theirs and put their germy hands on them is ridiculous lol

That's so weird! Like what goes on in peoples heads? I would never just go up to a stranger and touch their baby! I had a girlfriend who had people do that to her baby and she literally had to start moving herself in front of the stroller to block people. Such weirdos!
