17 dpo with BFN and no AF

I feel like I am going crazy.  I am not 17 dpo with a BFN.  I got my AF on March 1st thanks to provera, with the thoughts that would help me out on getting periods.  but nothing.  I would have ovulated on the 15th of march.  And now April 2nd and nothing. I feel preg but I can say I am telling myself it is all in my headHead and face reconstruction
Mild cramping on and off, my boobs hurt real bad 13-16 dpo and today not that much.  I am constantly hungry, and I go from I could eat to I am starving in about 2 minutes.  I tested on 15 dpo and 17dpo and both neg.  Like I said I feel I am going insane.  Gut feeling is that I am.  But science says no.  How long till i know that BFN is 100%.  Should I test again or is it a waste of money.  Any help would be great!!!

I'm sorry to hear your af showed. It sounds like you've been on quite a journey. My af showed this morning (at least I think it's af, light bleeding, no cramps, odd menses, but my bbt has gone up!) I'm supposed to have a HSG this week. So I'm waiting to see what my temp does tomorrow.

After my m/c in Sept, I had my thyroid checked (TSH - 4.99 / T4 - 15 / T3 - 4). All considered 'normal' by my GP, so I went to a naturopath who specializes in thyroid issues and he's treating it aggressively with Armour. I've read that TSH should be ~ 1 to conceive. I also started acupuncture two months ago after my m/c and finding out my FSH is 16.1, which limited my options for ART / IVF to using a donor egg, which I'm not interested in. Since starting acupuncture, my menstrual cramps have almost disappeared, my bbt's are starting to level out and I'm much more relaxed in general. If you're interested it, two books I'd recommend are: "The Infertility Cure" by Randine Lewis and "Fertility Wisdom" by Angela Wu. Sending you lots of positive thoughts and baby dust. Let me know how it goes.

thanks for asking..well unfortunately its BFN again..at 19dpo my AF showed already..two days later i retest and hpt was stil negative,,i went to my RE and told me to repeat again my injectibles(GONAL-f)..at present im on my 4th Gonal pen..on dec 3 ..i'll go for my u/s to check if there are follies already..if you had read my profile im ttc for 6yrs..my problem was- im not ovulating on my own..thats why this fsh injection (Gonal f) helps to stimulate my follicles to grow..but sadly my last cycle was not successful bec tthe eggs that has been matured was not good thats why it doesnt fertilized..as for you..i pray that you BFP already at 19dpo..but as youve said you are hypothyroid.. well..maybe thats also the reason for not conceiving coz ive learned from our family endocrinologists that when there is problem in the thyroid that will cause to impede the ovulation..i suggests you may see a specialists so that your thyroid will be check thoroughly..before i went o treatment proper my ob requires me bloodwork that concerns my thyroid bec we had family history..but thank God all were turned ok..pls take care..and keep me posted ok..

Hi beth0414, Wondering how it turned out for you? My situation sounds similar, too - 19dpo, off-and-on cramps today, no sign of af. Two months ago I went through nearly the same thing, except I started to spot 18dpo and af on 20dpo. HCG was 7, so I guess it was a chemical pregancy. This time I'm not spotting, so I hope it hangs in there! Started acupuncture two months ago to help w/ hypothyroid. Not getting my hopes up too much, but fingers (and toes) crossed.
