Advice rqd

Hi,
I am 27 yrs, no history of any pregnancy or miscarriage. Trying to conceive from last 6 months. Last month in Dec'09, during my medical checkups Doctor found a cyst in my right ovary. as per the doctor it is a blood cyst of 30 - 44mm in size, and it is not a harmful cyst. Now in just second month of finding that cyst doctor advised me to go for laproscopic operation to remove the cyst. My question is should I wait for 1-2 months more to see if it gets shrink automatically or should I go for the operation as per the doctor's advice?

I don't know too much about cysts. My doctor has always told me to wait for them to dissolve on their own, but they have always been on the smaller side. 30-44mm would be like an inch and a half large. Did the cyst get bigger between the two visits?  If it were me I would probably wait another month to see if it dissolved on its own... but then I would consider following the doctor's advice. I would want to keep tcc asap.
