Confused and worried ???

Ok am 16, I started my periods at the age of 10. Till now I've never had regular periods and I was even put on the birth control pill to regulate the periods. I had my period in January but it didn't come after that till the end of march. It went on for the whole of April and then I saw the doctor. He did some blood tests and afterwards said I was ok and that I just had low iron levels. He gave me primolut to stop the period, put me on microlite and iron tablets. After taking the primolut though,I was and  am still spotting and there's like tiny little clots. And also during the one month long period I was getting really massive clots very frequently..am talking MASSIVE.
I looked up my symptoms and it was kinda linked with pcos. I did a test online about symptoms and the probability of having pcos, and it said I have a high probability of having it....so I need to know whats wrong with me?? any help would be highly appreciated .thank you and God bless,

Being 16...your periods will still be irregular, but there is no harm in checking in with your doctor to see if they can test you to see if you have PCOS. My periods were heavy and long when I was younger as well...and always irregular. I was put on birth control and metformin and that seemed to help and I got a period every 28 days. Now I'm off the meds, and my periods normally come every 5 weeks instead of 4. Talk with your doctor and see what he/she says. Do you have any other symptoms of PCOS? Overweight is a big one...thinning hair, excess hair on face and stuff like that.
