HELP ME PLEASE

hey. Im a 14 year old girl (i suppose that should be useful.) anyway I missed my period this month, and I know that thats normal or whatever since im at the age where my period could be irregular, but im really afraid that im pregnant. Im still a virgin, but I have a lot of pregnancy symptoms. My lower back hurts badly, im pretty sure that my stomach looks bigger, and im nauseous. Ive gone into the hospital twice in the past 3 years because of a stomach tumor, once to have it removed and once because of scar tissue. I know that my missed period isnt because of the tumor, but the similar pregnancy symptoms and missed period really freak me out. SOMEONE HELP

Hi first off you can't be  pregnant if your a virgin.  Lower back pain that you have is possibly because your due a period and worrying about your period can actually delay them..  try not to worry becaus it's impossible that your pregnant if your feeling anxious in future try get out for a walk or read a book to stop your mind from working overtime and if your tummy is bloated it's also normal when you are due your period....  don't let it get you down your period will come when it's ready

Might be an ovarian cyst.  If the scar tissue was anywhere near the ovary, it might have caused there to be a spot that could give you a cyst if ovulation happens from that same area.  Ovarian cysts can goof around with your hormones.
