pcos

I got married in 2005.I am having pcos since my age 18.I got married at my age 22.Before marriage I used birthcontrol pills for pcos. After the marriage I didn't get period for 3 months. Then we went to doctor.I didn't tell about my pcos and tablets to doctor and my husband also.
I acted just like I got pcos then only.I didn,t inform about my scan at age 18.Because I went  to hospital with my husband,s mother.

In that hospital again they did scan and told that I have pcos. They gave clomoid tablets .I got pregnancy withclomoid 5th trail in 2006.But it ended with miscarriage.

After MC my periods were regular for 7 months.Again irregular. Then we went to hospital.we went for 5 IUIs but no luck.We want to wait for some time for next step.

Now I am using metformin 1000mg only.I didn,t inform to any doctor about my pcos before marriage.

My doubt is year wise pcos will increase?I didn't tell my struggle with pcos for 4 years before marriage,If I tell this one my treatement is different?
Is that birth control pills worsen my chances of getting pregnant?becuse all IUIs are failed.
Please give answer to my question.Daily I am thinking I didn,t inform my pcos hystory before my marriage so doctors went on wrong treatement? Or If a woman with pcos at any age also same treatement?

Why can't you just tell your doctor now? Tell them you knew you had PCOS and maybe there is something else they can do. Birth control does not make pcos worse, in fact for some it makes it better once they come off the pill. CLomid can make things worse because it can cause more cysts to form. I suggest you go back to the doctor, explain to them that you knew you had pcos for a long time and see what happens.
