I am so tired of the Pain,

Hello All,

My PCOS Journey has been brutal, most physicians and US tell me there is nothing wrong until one day I saw a fertility doctor, he decided to do 6 rounds of iui with clomid free!!  We did 4 rounds got pg once and m/c.  I went in for my follow up appointment from the m/c and low and behold, there are a "string of pearls" in my ovaries.  Wow how is it that even the raidiologist didn't comment on this, he said the u/s was unremarkable but when the obgyn looks at it they are there.  My Testosterone is the very high side of normal and my fasting glucose is 5.6.  All things considered not too bad, but the pain when I am stressed or during my period is almost unbearable.  I work over an hours drive from where I live and let me tell you that drive is never ending during my period.  Does anyone else have these sorts of issues?  Boarderline I guess?  Why is this do darned hard to dx and why can no one agree.  I have always believed we have pain for a reason, no oh well it is just your period suck it up and deal with it.  Sometimes the pain is so bad I pass out!  That can not be normal, sometimes I get a period, sometimes I don't sometimes it is 35 days other times it is 70+ days.

Grr it is nice to know though that I am not the only one in this (am I?)
