Naturopath/Natural Remidies to PCOS

Hi all

I was wondering if anyone had any success with natural therapies in managing your hormones ?

I have high prolactin, testosterone and no periods meaning low progesterone etc so I have asked a naturopath to help me, she said she has had a lot of success but I am not overweight so hoping she really can help! Anyway have any stories on the topic???

Thank you - I have an app near end of the month cannot wait for some alternate advice!

So just an update if anyone was interested. I started taking a bunch of vitamins and suppliments designed specifically for me by a naturopath and after just 10 days i had a period. i am not on CD 12 and i feel healthy at the very least.

Just thought i would say so far so good!
