Hi first thing is you have to get some of the weight off it will help alot with your periods and long with everything else. I have pcos and over weight but the weight is dropping off cause I am staying consistant. Things will take time. Do you take something for the migraines? I am also trying to concieve you just have to be patient.
you should seek help with a doctor...maybe try different medication instead of the met...do you know why met dint work for you???
im 312lbs and i also have PCOS i just recently had a baby boy who was born premature due to other medical problems (inconpetence cervix) but i was like 340lbs before i started trying to coincive at that time i wasent aware i had PCOS so my OB put me on met. and its been wonderfully im also avoiding carbs and eating more protein and on an exercise program i managed to get down to 320 lbs thas when i got preggo's my whole pregnancy i only gained 8 lbs since he was born so early...so now im down to 312 and i would like to have another baby and start trying again by the end of this yr because it took me and my husband almost 2 yrs to coinceive our son..and time is ticking so im trying to loose all the weight that i can now....good luck hun!.
