PCOS Help!!

Hi everyone...kind of at a lost for what to do. After ttc for 3 years, I was blessed with a baby girl 10 months ago. To make a long story short, I ended up getting pregnant by a mix of metformin and clomid. At 6 months post baby, I had blood work and my doctor determined I have PCOS (which is what my fertility doctor thought) bc my fsh was double my lsh...or something along the lines of that.
So here is my problem...my periods have been somewhat okay since the baby. Cycles have been 31-34 days, which is normal for me...and heavy bleeding, which is also normal. However, this month I figured my husband and I would start "trying" on our own, just bc so many people suggested it before heading back to my fertility doctor. I have been tracking my cycle, and a few days before I was to ovulate, I began spotting. Before fertility I had mid-cycle bleeding...but this seems to be different. I almost feel like I have my period, but its not as heavy as normal. I am having like a period cramp pain on my left side...achy and feels like its my ovary. Not to give TMI, but my pad only has a little bit on it, and it mostly comes out when I wipe. Its been a mix of red and brown...and sort of flakey in my urine. I called both my obgyn and fertility doctor. My obgyn seems to think its a progesterone drop. My fertility doctor is having me get blood work tomorrow. He things it may be a anovulatory (?) cycle where I didn't ovulate. Today is day 8 of this bleeding and cramping. I am due for my period in about a week. I am so confused and scared as to what is happening. I know PCOS can be tricky, and frustrating. But I mostly read about people not getting a period with it. They have never actually seen any cysts on my ovaries, but I think this may be one. I also have a dull ache on the left hip, the side where the ovary hurts. I am always a nervous wreck...do I need to go to thhe emergency room or just call my doctors in the morning??? Is this normal for PCOS?? Any help would be greatly appreciated!!! I'm very scared.

I am not doubled over in pain...but very crampy on one side more than the other. And I have seen a few small clots. I analyze everything bc of my experience with fertility. Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I am a very nervous person...trying to stay calm.
