I am not a doctor but looking at the result PCO stands for polycystic ovaries so it seems your ultrasound scan is suggesting this.

Have you got an appointment with your doctor to discuss these? Usually an ultrasound scan and a blood test of your hormones is used to identify PCOS so if you haven't already had this done I would recommend this be your next step.

Do you have any syptoms of PCOS such as acne, excess hair growth (places not normally on women) anxiety/depression, fertility problems, overweight?

knowing more of your symptoms will help identify the problem
